Po tym olśniewającym Koncercie możemy przyznać, że ostatnie dwa miesiące były czasem niezwykle intensywnej pracy.
Chciałbym osobiście podziękować za Wasze zaangażowanie, energię i talent, które włożyliście w to historyczne wydarzenie.
Mam pełną świadomość ogromu wykonanej przez Was pracy, wymagającej dyscypliny i wytrwałości.
Każdego dnia otrzymuję gratulacje i entuzjastyczne opinie na temat jakości naszej pracy.
Ten wspaniały rezultat zawdzięczamy przede wszystkim Wam. To Wy jesteście siłą napędową tego sukcesu i to Wam należą się najszczersze podziękowania.
Publiczność nie bez powodu nagrodziła Was na koniec owacją na stojąco — skierowaną nie tylko do Artystów na scenie (którzy stanowią zaledwie wierzchołek góry lodowej), lecz do wszystkich zaangażowanych w to wydarzenie- do tych, których nie widać, a którzy są absolutnie kluczowe w tworzeniu naszych produkcji.
Był to wyraz wdzięczności dla całego zespołu naszego Teatru.
Dzięki Wam jesteśmy niezwykle dumni, że mogliśmy zaoferować publiczności tak wysoki poziom artystyczny, który wzbudził w niej tyle radości i miłości wobec nas.
Te niezapomniane chwile dzielone z publicznością na zawsze pozostaną w naszej pamięci.
Dziękuję, że umożliwiliście to wszystko i że dzięki Waszej pracy gala odniosła ogromny sukces, prezentując najwyższy poziom artystyczny.
Możecie być dumni, że należycie do tej ogromnej instytucji, jaką jest Teatr Wielki- Opera Narodowa.

After this dazzling Concert, we can admit that the last two months were dedicated to an intense work, but with stars in our eyes and a lot of warmth in our hearts. I would like to personally thank you here for your commitment, energy, and the talent you have so fully invested in this historic event. I am fully aware of the enormous work you produced with selflessness, discipline, and resilience to contribute to its success. Every day, I receive messages of congratulations and enthusiastic feedback on the quality of our work. But it is first and foremost to you that we owe this wonderful result. You are the driving force behind this success, and you deserve the warmest thanks. The audience did not make a mistake in giving you a triumphant reception with a standing ovation at the end, not only dedicated to the Artists on stage (which represents only 10% of the iceberg), but to all those involved in this evening. That’s mean those we never see, yet who remain fundamental to the creation of our productions. It was an expression of gratitude to the entire staff of our Theatre. However, we are very proud, thanks to you, to have been able to offer such artistic quality to an enthusiastic audience, who expressed so much joy and love towards us. These are unforgettable moments of communion with the audience that will remain in our memories. Thank you for making all this possible and for giving, through your work, the means for this great success, both for Culture in Warsaw/Poland at the highest artistic level and, above all, for the image of our great Teatr Wielki- Opera Narodowa.

You can be proud to belong to this immense institution that is the Polish National Opera & Ballet.
